Overworking yourself can be detrimental to your mental health. It is important to create balance in your life between work, school, family, friends, and yourself. If you are feeling constantly burnt out, it is a sign that you may need to create more balance in your life, and take more time to relax with family, friends, or by yourself. When creating balance, it is important to prioritize your mental health and general well-being, even if that may require you to make certain sacrifices in your life. You should be your top priority.
